Soft
skills training is provided to all the students of MBA Programs. It
provides strong practical orientation to the students helping them in
building and improving their skills such as communication, English usage,
business correspondence, presentation, team building, leadership, time
management, group discussion, interview and inter-personal skills.

This
training also helps students in career visioning and planning, effective
resume writing and dealing with placement consultants and headhunters.
Objectives
By the end of the soft
skills training spread over two years, the students of MBA Programs should
be able to achieve the following objectives:

Develop
effective communication and presentation skills (spoken and written).

Conduct
effective business correspondence and prepare business reports.

Become
a self confident person by mastering inter-personal skills, team
management skills and leadership skills.

Develop
all round personality with a mature outlook to function effectively in
different circumstances.

a broad career plan, evaluate the employment market, identify the target
organizations for getting good placement and matching the job requirement
and skill sets.

Take part effectively in various selection procedures
adopted by the recruiters.
Pedagogy

pedagogy includes lectures, projects, presentations, role plays, quizzes,
and various other participatory sessions. The emphasis will be on learning
